## Job Description

HireForce is working with a successful and expanding property investment and real estate business in Dublin to recruit a Management Accountant.

This role would suit an experienced Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant or Part-Qualified Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. While a professional accounting qualification is advantageous, it is not essential.

### The Role

### Key responsibilities include:

- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Complete month-end close, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
- Produce detailed variance analysis and financial reports for management
- Assist with annual budgets, forecasts and cash flow reporting
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure statutory compliance deadlines are met
- Reconcile bank accounts, intercompany balances and supplier accounts
- Support the year-end audit process and preparation of statutory financial statements

### About You

- Previous experience in a Management Accountant, Assistant Accountant or similar finance role
- Part-qualified or qualified accountant is desirable but not essential
- Strong understanding of management accounts and month-end reporting
- Excellent Excel and financial systems skills
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
