## Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on restaurant management experience and a solid understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine and hospitality.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily FOH and restaurant operations

- Lead, train, and hold staff accountable

- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality

- Manage employee scheduling and shift coverage

- Monitor labor and control operational costs

- Handle guest concerns professionally

- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly

- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards

- Work closely with the kitchen and management team

- Monitor service quality during busy periods

- Assist with inventory and operational needs

- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed

Requirements

- Previous restaurant management experience required

- Knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine required

- Strong understanding of restaurant service and operations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

- Must be reliable, professional, and hands-on

- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required

We are looking for someone who understands that a restaurant manager should be present on the floor, actively leading the team, maintaining standards, and ensuring guests receive excellent service.

Full-time position. Compensation based on experience.
