Role Overview and Responsibilities:Dhruva Space is seeking a commercially driven and technically proficient Manager - GeoInt Sales & Pre-Sales professional to drive revenue growth across the Satellite Imagery / GeoInt vertical. This role involves working with a cross-functional team comprising pre-sales engineers and business development professionals, supporting commercial, government, and security agency clients. The role will contribute to end-to-end business performance, including revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work closely with a team of pre-sales engineers and business development executivesSupport in setting performance targets and driving accountability across the teamContribute to building a culture of technical credibility and commercial excellenceSupport end-to-end revenue activities from lead generation to deal closureContribute to overall business performance, including revenue, margins, and profitability (P&L)Support the execution of revenue strategy, pipeline growth, and conversion efficiencyBuild, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecastingReport pipeline health, forecasts, and deal progress to senior leadershipManage and grow strategic/key accounts, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunitiesSupport proposal writing, RFP/RFQ/EOI responses, and solution architectureEnsure compliance with government and regulatory procurement frameworksEngage with key clients and stakeholders to position strategic solutionsTranslate technical capabilities into strong business value propositionsSupport execution of go-to-market (GTM) strategies across regions and verticalsConduct market analysis, competitive positioning, and opportunity mappingIdentify and support onboarding of global channel and technology partnersContribute to strategic partnerships and joint go-to-market initiativesSupport negotiation and management of partner agreementsMaintain sales pipeline hygiene and reporting using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce,HubSpot)Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, delivery, legal, finance) forexecutionStay updated on market trends in satellite imagery, Earth observation, and GeoIntRepresent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Geospatial Sciences, Business, or a related field5-7 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or business developmentExperience in team collaboration with exposure to revenue accountabilityStrong understanding of satellite imagery, Earth observation, and geospatial technologiesExperience across domains such as defence, agriculture, infrastructure, maritime, or energyProven expertise in solution selling and supporting complex, high-value dealsFamiliarity with Optical, SAR, and Hyperspectral imageryWorking knowledge of GIS tools and imagery analytics platformsStrong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiencesStrong presentation and client-facing skills, including executive-level engagementAbility to influence decision-making and build long-term client relationshipsExperience in handling bids/tenders (RFPs, RFQs, EOIs), especially in government or defence sectorsExperience with CRM tools and structured sales processesWillingness to travel (domestic and international) based on business needsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and dynamic environmentStrong problem-solving mindset with a strategic and analytical approach
