The successful candidate will be a key player in the origination and leadership of M&A and capital markets engagements across diverse industries. This role is highly relationship-driven, with a primary focus on developing new client relationships, sourcing transaction opportunities, and providing expert advice to business and corporate clients. The Managing Director will also be responsible for leading business development efforts, managing client relationships throughout the transaction process, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful closing of deals.
