Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Specialist to support the firm’s growth and outreach efforts. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, increase client engagement, and promote our suite of professional services. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in digital and print marketing, excellent writing and design skills, and experience working with small business or professional service brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage content for the firm’s website, newsletters, and social media platforms
Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, service sheets, and email campaigns
Coordinate client communications and assist with community outreach initiatives
Monitor online presence and update website content regularly
Manage advertising and sponsorship opportunities with local organizations and associations
Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide reports with actionable insights
Support internal projects such as client appreciation campaigns and event planning
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or small business environment
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva
Familiarity with website management tools (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a small office setting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
Knowledge of financial or accounting services a plus
