**Hybrid (2 days in office / 3 days WFH)**

**£75,000 per annum plus benefits**

We are recruiting for an experienced Microsoft 365 Platform Manager to join a major UK energy infrastructure business, overseeing and optimising its Microsoft 365 environment to support critical operations and future growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Managing and optimising core Microsoft 365 services including Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID
- Managing third-party service providers, monitoring performance, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality
- Driving platform improvements, new technology adoption, governance, security, and compliance
- Developing the Microsoft 365 roadmap and working closely with IT, business stakeholders, security, and Microsoft
