Employee Health Clinic/Primary Care Need

NP

Adult Only

Dates: 10/29 - 11/24/26, possible extension

Mon-Thurs 8:30am to 5:30pm

Frid, 8:30am to 2:30pm

Requirements of the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner Locum role:

NY state license; active, unrestricted.

BLS

Board Certification

Prefer Local
