## Job Description

A federal healthcare facility in Florence, Colorado, is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join its team. This position offers a predictable weekday schedule with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call, giving you a strong work-life balance alongside competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Position Offers

- Competitive pay: $68 $71 per hour

- Full-time schedule with 8- or 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Provide primary and preventive care, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions

- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results

- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans

- Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic health record

- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team

- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease management, and treatment plans

Qualifications

- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

- Active, unrestricted NP license

- Current national NP board certification

- Current BLS certification

- New graduates welcome; experienced NPs encouraged to apply

- Ability to pass a federal background check
