## Job Description

**OB/GYN Physician Robotics Salisbury, Maryland** Join an established, high-volume OB/GYN program on Maryland's Eastern Shore with a strong physician and midwife team, MFM support, and laborist backup. With 7 OB/GYNs, 8 CNMs, and approximately 2,200 deliveries annually, this practice offers a full-scope OB/GYN model with dedicated surgical time. 

**Position Highlights**

- Full-scope OB/GYN practice with an approximately 50/50 OB and GYN mix
- Monday-Friday schedule with 3-4 clinic days per week and dedicated OR block time
- 1:7 call rotation with a post-call day off and laborist backup coverage
- MFM support for high-risk cases
- Da Vinci Xi robotics and 4-room ambulatory surgery center
- On-site ultrasound, colposcopy, and laboratory services
- Approximately 2,200 deliveries annually with a 17-19% C-section rate

**Compensation & Benefits**

- $380,000-$390,000 base salary
- $10,000 sign-on bonus
- 6 weeks PTO plus 9 paid holidays
- $3,000 annual CME allowance
- 401(k) with 5% employer match
- FTCA malpractice coverage
- PSLF and NHSC loan repayment eligibility
- J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available

**Candidate Requirements**

- MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN
- New graduates and experienced physicians welcome
