**Position:** Expert Project Manager
**Type:** **Contract**
**Compensation:** **$50–$60/hour**
**Location:** **Remote**

**Role Responsibilities**

- Track project and annotator performance using Google Sheets. 
- Review annotator quality to ensure high standards. 
- Handle contributor communications effectively. 
- Demonstrate high agency and strong organizational skills. 
- Apply an analytical mindset to enhance LLM training projects. 
- Own unfamiliar problems from start to finish. 

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have**

- High agency and strong organizational skills. 
- Analytical mindset. 
- Real investment in LLM training projects. 

**Preferred**

- Background in Ops or project management.
