- Includes 1 hr lunch

- Clinic/OR; OR is scheduled 1 day per week

- Call Schedule: Nights & weekends

- Call Type: Beeper

- Call Response Time: 20 mins

- Patient Volume: Variable

- Admissions Required: Yes

- Rounding Included: Yes

- Support Staff: 2 APPs (clinic & OR), 1 RN, 5 MAs & 1 Office Staff

- Required Procedures/Skills:

- Facial trauma experience (includes Mandible Fracture Repairs; General head & neck experience only); Complex head & neck is not required.

- General Otolaryngology (Surgical & Non-surgical)

- Trauma Level: I

- Facility PEDS Level: III

- Other Info: Comprehensive ENT practice

- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes

- Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

- BC/BE

- BLS, ACLS (AHA)

- Facial trauma experience (includes Mandible Fracture Repairs General head & neck experience only)
