Job Description **About the Role**

Judy Duran State Farm is looking for a part-time Account Assistant to be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and keep the office running smoothly. This is a great entry point into the insurance industry for someone who may want to pursue licensing down the road, no license required to start, and bilingual is a plus but not required.

**What You'll Do**

- Greet customers and answer incoming calls with a warm, professional tone
- Schedule appointments and manage the agent's calendar
- Assist licensed agents with policy documentation, filing, and data entry
- Help process routine service requests, payments, and endorsements under agent supervision
- Keep the CRM and customer records accurate and up to date
- Support light outreach tasks such as appointment reminders and follow-up calls
- Provide a great first impression for every customer who calls or walks in

**What We're Looking For**

- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable on the phone and with basic computer / data-entry tasks
- No insurance license required
- Reliable and punctual
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

**Compensation & Schedule**

- $20-$22/hour, part-time
- 20-25 hours/week
