Job Description The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. 

**Compensation:** $16 per hour

**Responsibilities:** 
- Perform basic maintenance, housekeeping, or laundry tasks to address immediate guest needs.
- Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments.
- Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person, including individual and group bookings.
- Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.

**Qualifications:** 
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
- Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Hospitality experience preferred but not required—applicants at all experience levels are welcome.
