Built by operators and clinicians who know long-term care inside and out, NexGen prioritizes clinician sustainability, deep collaboration, and excellent patient outcomes. We are looking for a passionate, experienced Part-Time APRN to join our team to support our growing footprint in Connecticut.

- Flexibility: Balance your life with Monday through Friday hours. All visits are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, allowing for flexible scheduling.

- Investment in You: We provide full training on our EHR system. If you aren't already certified, NexGen will fully reimburse your wound care certification course.

As a Part-Time APRN, you will provide expert, bedside wound care and collaborate with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).

- Volume: Ability to commit to seeing an average of 50 patients per week.

- Travel: Willingness to travel to facilities throughout CT.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience holding an active APRN license.

- Clinical Expertise: Must be already proficient and experienced in nursing home wound care.

- Licensure: Active APRN license in CT.

- Autonomy: Strong clinical judgment, excellent interpersonal communication skills, and comfort working independently in multiple SNFs.

Note: As a part-time position, this role is not eligible for full-time benefits or bonuses beyond standard mileage reimbursement.
