## Job Description

Position Overview 

We are seeking a dependable, professional individual to provide part-time support with light collections and related administrative responsibilities.

This position will focus on following up on outstanding customer accounts in a professional and service-oriented manner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email, maintaining accurate records, and following through on outstanding items.

Responsibilities 

- Conduct light collections and follow up on outstanding customer accounts

- Contact customers by phone and/or email regarding outstanding balances

- Maintain professional and courteous customer communication

- Document collection activity and customer follow-up

- Track outstanding items and ensure appropriate follow-through

- Assist with related administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications 

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Professional and customer-service-oriented approach

- Strong organizational and follow-up skills

- Comfortable making outbound calls and discussing outstanding balances

- Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information

- Previous collections, accounts receivable, billing, or administrative experience is helpful
