View full job details and apply now on… # Payroll Manager Mariposa Landscapes, Inc. ## Job Description Mariposa Landscapes is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented candidate to join our accounting team as a payroll manager. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, is familiar with in-house payroll processing procedures, and maintains a healthy relationship with co-workers. Job Duties - Oversee the entire bi-weekly payroll process for 3 companies across two States (CA & AZ) - Review electronic time records and import records into payroll software for processing - Issue manual checks when necessary - Ensure timely and accurate submission of certified payroll reports - Fully responsible for payroll audits - Keep up with prevailing wage rates and requirements - Setup wage garnishments and issue payment to corresponding agencies - Prepare Quarterly payroll tax filings as well as year-end W-2 filings - Oversee job duties of payroll administrators Requirements - 5 years of experience processing payroll for a large workforce - Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred - Proficient in MS Office - Experience with certified payroll is preferred - Analytical and math skills - Management skills Benefits - Paid time off - 401k retirement account with company matching - Company sponsored health insurance Award-winning landscape services for premier properties Mariposa Landscapes provides full-spectrum landscape services to commercial and municipal clients, residential estates and multi-home communities.
