## Job Description

Job Description:

• Review and approve weekly agency payroll.

• Review and approve agencies' PAR, payroll action requests.

• Review and approve WCD payroll cost reports

• Support WCD distribution centers and payroll team's inquiries and

requests to solve payroll issues.

• Serves as back up in the absence of Payroll Team members.

• Work with other duties/projects assigned with relation to Payroll

functions

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who

can complete an assigned task with little or no supervision.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Excellent phone skills.

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of payroll systems and be able to grasp processing schemes

and systems quickly.

• Knowledge of Paychex Flex is a plus.

• An associate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
