**Pediatrician Opportunity Lake Charles, LA** 
**Outpatient Long-Term Family-Friendly Practice**

We are actively recruiting a **Pediatrician** to join a **well-established and growing pediatric practice** in **Lake Charles, Louisiana** . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, well-managed environment with strong mentorship and outstanding work life balance.

**Position Highlights**

- Specialty: Pediatrics
- Practice Setting: Outpatient Pediatrics
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Schedule: 4.5-day work week
- Patient Population: Pediatrics (Newborn to Adolescents)

**Compensation & Incentives**

- Guaranteed salary: $200,000 $225,000 (first 2 years)
- Production bonus opportunity
- Sign-on & relocation assistance: Up to $50,000

**Candidate Qualifications**

- MD or DO
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pediatrics
- Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure
- Passion for high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care
- New Graduates encouraged to apply
