People & Culture Manager - Scaling SaaS Organisation (Remote-first) - Belfast (1 day per week)MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing SaaS organisation operating across the UK, with offices in GB and Belfast, as they look to appoint an experienced People & Culture Manager on a full-time permanent basis.With a growing team of 100+ employees and ambitious expansion plans, this is a unique opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR leader to take ownership of the entire people function, driving engagement, development, and organisational effectiveness across a remote-first workforce.The roleReporting directly to the senior leadership team, the successful People & Culture Manager will act as a trusted advisor across the business, ensuring the people strategy aligns closely with company growth plans and long-term objectives.The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping and modernising the HR function, balancing strategic leadership with operational delivery across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.People development and retention will sit at the heart of this role, with responsibility for designing and implementing a company-wide learning and development framework, including career pathways, skills mapping, structured progression, and leadership development initiatives. The People & Culture Manager will also lead on performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies to ensure employees feel supported, motivated, and empowered to grow their careers within the organisation.The role will also focus heavily on HR process improvement and systems optimisation.
