Lead Generation Specialist\n Experience: Minimum 1 year

\n Location: Mumbai

\n Industry: Real Estate Marketing & Digital Advertising

\n We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience running performance campaigns and a proven ability to generate high-quality leads at a strong ROI.

Key Responsibilities\n \n 
- Plan, execute and optimise lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.\n 
- Develop campaign strategies based on project, audience, location and budget requirements.\n 
- Set up and manage campaigns, audiences, targeting, budgets, creatives and bidding strategies.\n 
- Continuously monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rates and overall campaign ROI.\n 
- Identify opportunities to reduce cost per qualified lead while improving lead quality.\n 
- Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.\n 
- Analyse campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports.\n 
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, messaging and landing pages.\n 
- Track leads through the funnel and optimise campaigns based on lead quality and conversions.\n 
- Stay updated with the latest developments, tools and best practices across Meta and Google Ads.\n

Candidate Requirements\n \n 
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.\n 
- Demonstrable experience in generating leads through paid advertising.\n 
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, targeting, retargeting and campaign optimisation.\n 
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n 
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.\n 
- Real estate lead-generation experience will be a strong advantage.\n

\n Most importantly, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate that they have generated leads and delivered measurable ROI through paid advertising.
