In partnership with Acquarius Capstorm Limited, we are looking for talented professionals to join our growing team.

Your Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.

- Take ownership of campaign budgets, performance, and scaling.

- Optimize campaigns to improve Lead Acquisition Cost and ROAS.

- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Work with Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and attribution data.

- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.

- Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve campaign results.

- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable business insights.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns independently.

- Experience handling significant advertising budgets and scaling campaigns.

- Strong understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising.

- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), attribution, and campaign optimization.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand performance data.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Fluent English is required. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
