We bring our expertise and innovation to every project we undertake Position: Project Manager with ITIL and ITSM with governance, hypercare, Operational Duration : Full Time Location : Remote Work , India Remote Work, India Exp : 10 + Years We are looking for a strong Project Manager to lead the service delivery and governance aspects of the program with strong ITIL and ITSM background.
We are specifically looking for candidates with the below profile: Experience Requirements: 10+ years of overall IT industry experience Minimum 4–5 years managing ITSM/application support projects Proven experience handling support transitions from incumbent vendors Strong exposure to ServiceNow-driven support operations Experience managing incident, problem, change, release, and SLA governance Strong stakeholder management and escalation handling experience Experience managing global support engagements and cross-functional teams Exposure to chatbot/conversational AI support engagements would be an added advantage Experience in hypercare and stabilization management preferred Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field ITIL certification preferred PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum certifications would be an advantage The PM will be expected to independently drive transition governance, hypercare, operational reviews, SLA/KPI management, risk tracking, and overall client coordination.
