## Job Description

### Overview

**Duration:** 6+ months
**Location:** Remote w/ travel to Chicago, IL (2-3 days/month)

### Responsibilities

- We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer & Consultant to lead and deliver a Power Apps tenant-to-tenant migration project.
- Act as migration architect during the assessment phase: perform asset inventory, analyze complexity, and define approach.
- Package and migrate Power Platform solutions using Client CLI, PowerShell, and solution export/import best practices.
- Reconfigure environment variables, connection references, and authentication post-migration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compatibility, security roles, and user access in the target tenant.
- Perform functionality validation and regression testing after each migration wave.
- Document findings, configuration decisions, and recommendations for handoff and operational support.
- Provide input into cut-over planning and post-migration hyper-care.

### Qualifications

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience migrating Power Platform solutions across environments or tenants.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 services, custom connectors, and Power Platform ALM practices.
- Proficiency with PowerShell, Client CLI, and Power Platform admin tools.
- Experience designing and implementing solution architecture for enterprise-grade Power Platform deployments.
- Ability to work independently and confidently make decisions in a fast-paced consulting environment.
