The RolePrimary and Middle Years educators are invited to join in a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
The role involves designing and facilitating learning experiences that are inquiry-led, responsive, and attentive to the learner. Classrooms are shaped less by prescription and more by observation, dialogue, and the unfolding nature of understanding.
Educators are encouraged to engage with emergent pedagogies, nurturing agency, reflection, and intellectual independence. The role also calls for close collaboration with colleagues, families, and the wider school community, in order to sustain an environment that is genuinely inclusive and considered in its approach.
