Fluency in Mandarin is required to serve the local community effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver primary care services to patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric - Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, with a focus on preventive care and long-term health maintenance - Conduct telemedicine consultations per week from the office - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care - Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on treatment plans - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations - Serve as a trusted healthcare advisor and leader in the community Qualifications: - MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine - Active New York State medical license (or eligibility to obtain before starting) - Fluency in Mandarin is required - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to deliver culturally competent care - Experience in outpatient care settings preferred but not required Work Schedule: - Full-Time: 40 hours per week, with 1-3 weekends per month required - Part-Time: Minimum of 3 days per week Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive salary: starting at $260,560 - $312,707, based on experience and qualifications - PTO, plus paid holidays - Full medical malpractice - Continuing Medical Education (CME) support Start Date: We have immediate openings available but can accommodate a start date based on your current commitments.
