Daily Volume:Estimated 3-4 patients per hour – 20-24 patients per 8-hour shift

Additional Providers/Support Staff:5 Providers that work 9a-9p and 4 providers that work 10a-10pEMR System(s):Epic(HealthConnect)

Lic/Certs : CA Lic | BLS |

BC/BE : BCCredentialing Timeframe:60-90 Days

Start Date:ASAC

Duration:Ongoing (Prefer 6 month + commitment but will review 3 months with option to extend)

Shift:10hr Days | 8:30a-7:00p or maybe some 10:30a-7:00p. 40 Hours weekly. Rotating coverage every other weekend with days off during week.Housing/Travel:All Inclusive

Pay Structure:Bid
