Role Description\n Arcadis is growing our Civil Infrastructure team in Queensland — and we’re looking for a Principal Engineer to take a leading role in delivering a strong pipeline of TMR, D&C and private sector projects.

\n This is a genuine leadership opportunity to drive project delivery, win work and lead high‑performing teams across some of the region’s most important infrastructure programs.

Role Accountabilities\n \n 
- Lead civil teams to successfully deliver projects and design packages\n 
- Play a key role in bids and tenders - winning the next wave of work\n 
- Drive technical excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction\n 
- Build and strengthen long‑term client and industry relationships\n 
- Mentor and develop engineers, creating a high‑performing team culture\n 

Qualifications & Experience\n \n 
- Chartered Civil Engineer (or equivalent)\n 
- Strong experience delivering multi‑disciplinary civil infrastructure projects\n 
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage interfaces and deliver outcomes\n 
- Track record in bids, client engagement and securing work\n 
- Commercial acumen with a focus on best‑for‑project solutions\n 
- 10+ years’ experience in design and delivery environments\n
