This is a full-time, permanent position , working 5 days per week in-clinic , offering the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, results-focused environment. You will play a pivotal role in converting consultations into treatments, driving revenue, and delivering an exceptional patient journey. Key Responsibilities Manage patient consultations from initial enquiry through to treatment conversion Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring trust and confidence Drive treatment uptake and revenue growth Coordinate treatment plans and support the clinical team Maintain excellent follow-up and patient communication What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a high-end sales role Strong commercial drive and results-focused mindset Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to convert leads into sales with confidence Highly organised, proactive, and team-oriented Experience in aesthetics, dental, or private healthcare is highly desirable Why Join?
