## Job Description

Candidate Source is currently hiring Warehouse Associates for multiple positions with a reputable local manufacturer located on Richmond's Southside. This role offers full-time hours and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic production environment. 

**Current Shifts Available:** 
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Monday-Friday)

**Position Duties:** 
- Efficiently packing finished products as they emerge from the production line.
- Supporting Machine Operators with a variety of essential tasks.
- Preparing and stacking boxes for shipment, ensuring products are ready for dispatch.

**Position Requirements:** 
- Have at least one year of experience in a warehouse setting, with a preference for those familiar with manufacturing environments.
- Can reliably commute to our Southside Richmond location (located in 23224)
- Are prepared to work in settings without climate control. (The facility can get extremely hot in the summer months)
- Will successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- Understand the importance of maintaining a workplace free from fake nails, piercings, and beards due to regulatory compliance.
