### Job Summary

In this role, you will lead the engineering strategy and execution framework supporting the company’s establishment and growth in Buenos Aires Corporate Office. You will lead a team and interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate the engineering technical aspects for complex projects. Your technical guidance and recommendations will ensure engineering aspects meet project requirements and remain within scope and budget.

### Major Responsibilities

- Responsible for developing engineering capabilities, implementing project delivery standards, overseeing technical governance, and ensuring alignment with corporate engineering practices and local regulatory requirements.

- Acting as a strategic partner to business and project leadership, building a high‑performing engineering organization, managing technical risks, and enabling the successful pursuit and execution of projects in Argentina.

- Responsible for multiple small projects or designated medium to large sized complex engineering assignments (program) within a global business unit.

- Possessing full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments.

- Participating in project planning prior to proposals to provide technical guidance in the engineering and construction review of proposals.

- Providing input to and owning the engineering elements of a project capital estimate (proposals and execution) quantities and budgets.

- Reviewing major changes or deviations in project scope, project material quantities, budget or schedule, and assisting particularly with defining the change, obtaining accurate estimates of the hours involved, and recommending budget adjustment.

- Ensuring engineering efforts with Project Manager, Procurement, Construction, Startup, Environmental Safety and Health (ES&H) and Project Controls.

- Directing the preparation of project studies, reports, forecasts, special engineering reports and plant data book.

### Education and Experience Requirements

Requires bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.

### Required Knowledge and Skills

- General M&M industry experience (preferred).

- 2 or more years of experience as Project Engineer Manager or Project Area Manager.

- Experience in M&M engineering projects developed in 3D model environment.

- Site or operational experience related to M&M business (desirable).

- Experience in projects executed with different engineering offices (workshare) (desirable).

- Experience in projects in all phases (Conceptual, Pre‑feasibility, Feasibility, Detail) (desirable).

- Knowledge in AACE and FEL standards.

- Medium to Advanced English level.
