## Job Description

**Project Management Consultancy (PMC)**

**Location:** Pune, India

**Sector:** Renewable Energy

**Travel:** Extensive

**Role**

We are seeking an experienced **PMC professional** to lead **multiple renewable energy projects** across India, including **Solar, Wind, BESS and PSP**, ensuring delivery within **scope, schedule, cost, quality and contractual requirements**.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead end-to-end Project Management Consultancy (PMC) activities from planning, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning to project closure.
- Manage clients, developers, EPC contractors, vendors and statutory authorities.
- Drive project progress, quality, HSE, risk management and contractual compliance.
- Lead and develop onsite/offsite PMC teams across multiple project locations.
- Monitor schedules, engineering deliverables, MIS, invoicing, payment realization and project profitability.
- Manage vendors, site administration and project operations.
- Support operational sales and new business development.

**Candidate Profile**

- Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Around 15 years of experience in the Renewable Energy sector.
- Strong experience in Solar and/or Wind projects, preferably in PMC/EPC environments.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects and geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong leadership, client management, commercial and project execution skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project sites in India.

**Ideal Candidate:**

A proven **Renewable Energy Project Leader** with strong **technical, commercial, client-management and project execution** capabilities.
