\n About the Role

\n We are looking for a Project Management Trainee with a Mechanical Engineering background who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced product design environment.

\n This role is well-suited for individuals who want to gain a clear understanding of how product design projects are carried out from initial concept through to manufacturing, while assisting project managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

\n What You'll Be Doing

\n Project Coordination & Support

\n \n 
- Assist Project Managers in planning and tracking product design projects\n 
- Support in maintaining project timelines, schedules, and task trackers\n 
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of deliverables\n

\n Cross-Functional Collaboration

\n \n 
- Coordinate with Industrial Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Electronics teams, and Prototyping units\n 
- Help ensure smooth communication between teams\n

\n Documentation & Reporting

\n \n 
- Maintain project documentation, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and reports\n 
- Track project progress and update status dashboards\n

\n Technical Understanding

\n \n 
- Gain exposure to product development processes, CAD workflows, and prototyping stages\n 
- Assist in basic technical coordination related to mechanical components and assemblies\n

\n Client & Internal Communication

\n \n 
- Support in preparing presentations and reports for client updates\n 
- Participate in internal meetings and discussions\n

\n Process Learning & Improvement

\n \n 
- Learn project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)\n 
- Identify gaps and support process improvements\n

\n Who You Are

\n \n 
- Bachelor's degree (or final year) in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)\n 
- Strong interest in project management + product development\n 
- Basic understanding of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, or CAD\n 
- Good communication and coordination skills\n 
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive\n 
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up effectively\n

\n Good to Have

\n \n 
- Exposure to tools like SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD\n 
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (Excel, Jira, MS Project)\n 
- Internship/project experience in product design or engineering\n
