## Job Description

Living Timeless is expanding across Pune and looking for a Project Manager to own residential interior projects from design handover through final installation.

This role combines site execution, cross-functional coordination and proactive client communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Own 5–7 residential interior projects from design handover to completion
- Create and manage project timelines, milestones and execution schedules
- Coordinate designers, factory production, procurement, logistics, vendors and installation teams
- Conduct site measurements and confirm site readiness before production and installation
- Track materials, production, dispatch and installation readiness
- Plan installation teams and coordinate site execution
- Identify risks, delays and dependencies before they affect the client
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Manage contractors, carpenters, electricians, civil teams and other site vendors as required
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings and specifications
- Maintain project documentation, checklists, photographs and completion records
- Drive snag resolution and final handover

**Client Communication**

Keep clients informed throughout the project by clearly communicating:

- What has been completed
- What is currently in progress
- What happens next
- Any delays or changes
- The owner and timeline for each next action

Provide structured updates proactively rather than waiting for clients to follow up.

**Requirements**

- 3–7+ years of experience in modular furniture, interiors, kitchens, wardrobes or residential fit-outs
- Strong understanding of site execution and modular furniture installation
- Ability to read AutoCAD and technical drawings
- Strong coordination, follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent client communication and expectation-management skills
- High ownership and accountability for project outcomes
- Strong documentation discipline
- Ability to work effectively with factory and site teams
