\n We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (multiple locations) to lead the on-site execution and delivery of civil projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in civil engineering along with business acumen to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

\n Role 1

\n Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

\n Employment Type: Full-time (Site Deployment)

\n Experience Required: 7+ Years

\n Qualification:

\n \n 
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)\n 
- MBA (Mandatory)\n

\n Role 2

\n Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha

\n Employment Type: Full-time (Site Deployment)

\n Experience Required: 8+ Years

\n Qualification:

\n \n 
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering\n

\n Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):

\n \n 
- Lead end-to-end on-site project execution\n 
- Manage construction activities, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams\n 
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards\n 
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders\n 
- Identify and resolve project risks and execution challenges\n 
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management\n

\n Required Skills:

\n \n 
- Strong leadership and team management abilities\n 
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills\n 
- Sound knowledge of construction practices and project management\n 
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and relevant tools\n 
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills\n 
- Willingness to travel and be deployed at project sites as required\n
