About This Role Project Manager – Construction, Burnaby Your Responsibilities Work with clients to identify potential business opportunities Estimate projects and submit tenders Review contracts for onerous clauses and conditions Maintain good relationships with suppliers, consultants, general contractors, and end users Manage project financials (including billing), purchasing, schedules, and labour Mitigate project risk, deficiencies, and estimate changes as needed Work with internal stakeholders, field staff, and customers to ensure projects remain on track, on budget, and meet expectations Be present on jobsites when required and review the project upon completion to discuss successes and challenges Review the project at completion with the foreman and superintendent to discuss successes and challenges Your Experience And Skills Electrical trade certificate, Electrical Engineering degree, or Electrical Technologist diploma/certificate 3+ years’ experience in Electrical Project Management and/or Estimating Previous experience with estimating programs, specifically Accubid (Accubid Pro and Change Order) an asset Good computer skills including MS Office, Procore, AutoCAD, etc.
