Job Title: Project Manager or Senior Project Manager (Hiring for both positions) Job Location: Eagle, ID / Boise, ID Salary: $130k-$170k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + Health benefits Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience on projects related to Multifamily, Assisted living, commercial, or related This is a full time/permanent position with a top General Contractor primarily focused on ground-up projects related to Multifamily and Commercial. Due to consistent growth, they are currently hiring for Project Managers and Senior Project Manager. They have a strong backlog of work and a lot of growth moving forward.

Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.

Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements. Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans What You Need for this Position 5+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Multifamily, Assisted living, or Commercial Bachelors degree is a plus but not required Benefits
