## Job Description

**Employment Information :** The position is with Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited, a subsidiary of Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited. While Shri Mahavir Ferro Alloys Private Limited is the parent/group company, all recruitment, employment, payroll, and related HR processes for this role will be managed by Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited.

**About the Role :**Envirocare Infrasolution Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join its Central Project Monitoring Team. The role focuses on end-to-end project tracking, coordination, and ensuring timely execution with quality and safety compliance.

**Objective of the Role :**To be a part of the Central Project Monitoring Team and ensure effective planning, monitoring, coordination, and execution of projects across assigned locations, maintaining timelines, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Monitor day-to-day project activities across multiple sites based on assigned Projects.
- Monitoring of the Projects through L-3 Network or Gantt Chart or MS - Projects
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality compliance standards at project sites
- Coordinate with vendors for timely supply of plant and machinery as per approved BBQ
- Liaise with detailed engineering consultants for release of tender documents and drawings
- Evaluate technical offers from vendors and support the tender finalization process
- Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely execution
- Maintain regular communication with vendors/suppliers to ensure dispatches align with schedules
- Identify delays or deviations in committed schedules and proactively address them
- Prepare periodic project monitoring reports and dashboards for management review

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

- Adherence to project timelines and milestone achievement
- Vendor performance and on-time delivery rate
- Compliance with safety and quality standards
- Reduction in project delays and cost overruns
- Efficiency in tender evaluation and closure timelines
- Accuracy and timeliness of project monitoring reports
- Coordination effectiveness between internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications :**Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech) – Mandatory & Master’s degree (M.Tech / MBA) – Preferred

**Experience : 5**+ years of experience in the Industries

**Required Skills & Competencies**

- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, BOQs, and tendering processes
- Knowledge of safety and quality compliance standards
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, project tracking tools, and reporting systems
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
