The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **project planning, governance, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder management, vendor management, and project delivery** across Agile and Waterfall environments. Experience in **regulatory and compliance projects** is highly desirable.

Exp: 10 years

Notice period: Immediate

Location : Bangalore

**Key Responsibilities**

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resources.

• Establish and manage effective **Project Governance** and reporting mechanisms.

• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality, risks, issues, and change control.

• Lead stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management.

• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, presentations, and management updates.

• Ensure project assurance, compliance, and governance requirements are met.

• Work closely with senior sponsors, Programme Managers, business teams, and technology teams.

• Drive delivery using **Agile and Waterfall methodologies**.

• Degree / relevant qualification

• Experience managing projects up to **$2M**

• Experience managing teams of up to **20 members**

• Strong leadership, communication, resilience, and storytelling skills

• Experience in **Regulatory & Compliance / Energy / Trading / Finance** domains
