## Job Description

**Project Manager / Contracts Manager**

**North West | Regional Main Contractor | Residential, Care & Commercial Projects**

We're working with a well-established regional contractor that's continuing to grow and has a strong pipeline of work across the North West.

Due to continued success, they're looking to bring in an experienced Project Manager / Contracts Manager to oversee multiple projects ranging from £4m - £15m across the residential, care home and commercial sectors.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a contractor with an excellent reputation, a healthy order book and a genuine focus on delivering quality projects.

**The Role**

- Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Oversee site teams and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Monitor project performance, quality and commercial outcomes.
- Drive high standards of health & safety across all sites.

**Expectations:**

- Proven experience delivering construction projects as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager.
- Main contractor background is essential.
- Experience within residential, care home and/or commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good commercial awareness with the ability to manage programmes and budgets.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred.
