## Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and provide accurate reporting to help manage and grow our real estate investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks for real estate investing and AppFolio. This role is essential for helping the owner understand the financial performance of the company, support acquisition/disposition decisions and tax filing strategies.

Core Reports include Income Statement(P&L), Cash Flow Statement, CapEx Log, Balance Sheet, Cash and Rent Roll.

Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

- Perform bank reconciliations regularly

- Manage invoice processing and expense tracking

- Track budgets and monitor financial reporting

- Support audit preparations and maintain organized documentation

- Perform data entry with high accuracy

- Invoice Processing

Required Qualifications

- Proficient in QuickBooks for real estate investing and Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Effective communication skills

- Basic knowledge of tax regulations

Preferred Qualifications

- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience

- Associate Degree or higher in Accounting or related field
