Job Description Smartland manages 1,400+ apartments and single-family homes across Cleveland and is hiring a results-driven Property Manager to lead a 300+ unit residential portfolio.

This is a leadership role responsible for occupancy, collections, team performance, and resident satisfaction. You will work closely with leasing and maintenance teams to protect and grow asset value.

**Schedule**

- Monday–Friday
- On-call rotation required
- Occasional evenings/weekends

**What You’ll Own**

- Occupancy and leasing performance
- Collections and delinquency control
- Unit turn timelines and maintenance oversight
- Resident satisfaction
- KPI tracking and financial reporting
- Team leadership and accountability

**What You Bring**

- 2+ years multifamily property management experience
- Strong Fair Housing knowledge
- Leadership experience managing leasing and maintenance teams
- Budgeting and KPI management experience
- Organized, decisive, and performance-driven mindset

**Compensation & Benefits**

- $65,000 base salary + incentives
