This role is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide procurement strategies that optimize cost, quality, service levels, and supplier performance while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. As a senior leader, the Director partners with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align procurement strategy with organizational goals, drive operational efficiency, mitigate risk, and enhance scalability. Proven experience in: - Strategic sourcing and category management - Complex contract negotiation - Vendor relationship management - Experience in regulated environments (healthcare, government, or similar) strongly preferred. 5. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have valid insurance and driver's license.
