**Location**- Sitapura, Jaipur

**Working days**- 6

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions across the Fine jewellery manufacturing process.
- Drive continuous quality improvement to reduce defects, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct quality inspections at incoming, in-process, and final stages of production.
- Monitor product quality across casting, filing, assembling, soldering, polishing, stone setting, finishing, and packing processes.
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze rejection, rework, repair, and customer complaint data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Establish quality checkpoints and inspection criteria for each production stage.
- Approve first-off samples, pilot batches, and final product releases.
- Ensure jewellery dimensions, weight, finish, polish, solder quality, stone alignment, and overall craftsmanship meet specifications.
- Train production and quality teams on inspection standards, defect prevention, and quality awareness.

**Desired Candidate Profile:**

- Required Experience of atleast 5-6 years in Jewellery Manufacturing.
- Bachelor‘s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Certification in Quality Management, Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent is preferred.
- Jewellery manufacturing or Gemology certification is an added advantage.
- Proven leadership skills.
