**What You’ll Do**

- Work motivated leads from our massive database with buyers and sellers from, Realtor.com, Google, and Facebook
- Meet with clients, show homes, and guide them through transactions
- Negotiate contracts
- Use our CRM and ai tools to stay organized and efficient
- Take advantage of our office space to work and meet clients
- Participate in team meetings, training, coaching and ongoing development
- Represent our team’s brand and reputation with professionalism

**What You Can Earn**

- Competitive commission split (including leads, marketing, office space, and admin support)
- Typical full-time agents on our team earn $50,000–$100,000+ annually, based on effort and performance
