Role Description The Real Estate Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving property sales and rentals across residential, commercial, and industrial categories. Day-to-day activities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property visits, explaining property features, and guiding clients through pricing, documentation, and transaction processes. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants, negotiating terms to close deals, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end client experience.

The Real Estate Salesperson will also update and manage property listings, track market trends, and collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets while upholding KVRPL’s standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.

- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide timely, accurate information.

- Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site, travel locally for property visits, and manage flexible schedules including weekends and extended hours as needed.
