POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for One Off Hospitality locations. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for both front-of-house (FOH), back-of-house (BOH), and management positions while ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
- Manage hiring from job posting to offer acceptance
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and GMs
Talent Sourcing
- Post jobs on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and hospitality-specific job boards
- Use social media and local outreach to attract candidates
- Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for high-turnover roles
Hiring for Multiple Roles
- Front-of-house: servers, hosts, bartenders
- Back-of-house: line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers
- Leadership: kitchen managers, general managers
Employer Branding
- Promote the company culture and values
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Represent the brand at job fairs and hiring events
Collaboration
- Partner with operations leaders and HR teams
- Advise managers on hiring best practices
- Track hiring needs across locations
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of recruiting experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring
Preferred:
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality environments
- Familiarity with ATS platforms
- Knowledge of local labor markets and hiring trends
