### POSITION DETAILS

The RCOO manages the overall operations of the health services program for multiple correctional facilities. This is a full-time, 40 hour per week (80 hours biweekly) position, primarily offered on a first-shift schedule. The position is based at our Central Office, located in Wethersfield, CT and will be assigned to manage designated facilities by the Chief Operating Officer, and requires frequent travel between facilities and to other locations to collaborate with teammates.

### Responsibilities

- Ensuring adequate resourcing across all clinical and administrative functions, including nursing, mental health, physicians, dentistry, medical records, etc. to ensure that we are providing a community standard of care for our patients;

- Collaborating with clinical leadership to develop systems and processes that will improve health care outcomes for patients;

- Utilizing data to identify opportunities to drive process improvements;

- Implementing and ensuring consistent evidence-based processes are in place and effective across all facilities and continuously focus on building team cohesion and capability.
