## Job Description

Square One Hardware is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and drive business growth across the Delhi NCR region.

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share objectives.

- Appoint, manage, and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners across the assigned territory.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the furniture hardware, modular furniture, and interior solutions segments.

- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, OEMs, contractors, and key decision-makers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to support strategic business development.

- Ensure effective implementation of sales plans, promotional activities, and product launches.

- Drive collections, maintain commercial discipline, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Prepare sales forecasts, territory reports, and performance reviews for management.

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture hardware, architectural hardware, plywood, laminates, building materials, or related industries.

- Strong understanding of channel sales and dealer network management.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
