Job Description **About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and committed to providing exceptional patient care while delivering outstanding aesthetic treatment results. This position offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations and collaborate with a dynamic team of aesthetic professionals.

Bardstown-Tues. & Thurs. 

Middletown- Wed & Fri.

$30-$40 per hour (based on experience) including incentive-based commissions 

**Responsibilities**

- Perform and assist with aesthetic treatments including: Laser treatments
- DiamondGlow® facials
- Chemical peels
- PRX treatments
- SkinPen® microneedling

- Conduct patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on treatment options, skincare regimens, and expected outcomes.
- Promote and recommend skincare products to support treatment results and increase retail sales.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain positive patient relationships through excellent customer service.
- Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team environment.

**Qualifications**

- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Previous experience in aesthetic nursing, medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field preferred., but not required.
- Strong sales and product recommendation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple locations.
