The role
- Delivering high-quality nursing care, including medication administration and vital signs monitoring.
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to clients’ needs.
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive environment focused on patient wellbeing.
- Actively participating in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current AHPRA registration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
- Strong commitment to person-centered care and a compassionate mindset.
- Right to work in Australia.
- A registered, insured, and roadworthy private motor vehicle.
- Pay: $90,000 to $100,000 per year
